Lifetime Diamond Warranty

We provide a lifetime warranty for all lab grown diamonds against manufacturing defects such as cracks or chips under normal wear. This warranty does not cover theft, loss, or damage resulting from misuse or accidents. The warranty applies only to the diamond(s) and not to the jewellery setting or other components.

Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money back guarantee for unused items. To qualify:

1. The item must be returned or shipped back within 14 days of receipt.

2. The product must remain unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

3. Customers are required to take clear photos of the item before initiating the return. These photos will serve as proof of the pieces condition.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Exclusions and Limitations

• Custom orders and resized items are final sale and not eligible for return.

• Damage caused by improper care, resizing by third parties, or accidents is not covered by our warranty.
